Why Correct Size Matters
Compression stockings only work effectively when they fit properly. Too loose = no therapeutic benefit. Too tight = discomfort and circulation problems. Take 2 minutes to measure correctly!
Best Time to Measure
First thing in the morning before getting out of bed, when your legs have minimal swelling.
How to Measure
Thigh Circumference
Measure at the widest part of your upper thigh, about 5cm below the groin.
Calf Circumference
Measure at the widest part of your calf muscle.
Length
Measure from buttock fold to heel (thigh-length) or knee bend to heel (knee-length).
Measurement Tips
Use a soft measuring tape
Write down all measurements
Measure both legs
Stand straight for length
